INVITATION TO PUBLIC TENDER

The Country of Aruba intends to publicly tender the project, to be financed through Fondo Desaroyo Aruba: “Sistema Innovativo di Registro di Stranhero Aruba (SIRSA)”.

In accordance with Term of Reference (ToR): ToR DIMAS, number 1 – year of service 2017 -2018.

Short description of the work:

The replacement of the current NAVAS database system (alien registration system) by supply/delivery, installation, configuration and/or development, testing, implementation and training of a business process management system for the registration of aliens requiring admission and residence permits for Aruba and related services.

Execution term: 10 months including aftercare period

The ToR is available at the DIMAS office, located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad, as of Friday, April 1st, 2016 during office hours (from 08:00 am – 11:30 am and from 01:30 pm – 04:00 pm).

A confidentiality statement is available to sign by the bidder for the receipt of the ToR. In case the bidder sends a representative to receive the ToR, an authorization letter and a valid ID of the bidder is required. Also a valid ID (original) of the representative.

Information will be supplied on Friday, April 22nd, 2016, at 10:00 am, at the DIMAS office, located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad.

Deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, April 20th, 2016.

The summary of additional information and changes will be laid down on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016, at the DIMAS office, located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad and will be available / mailed on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016.

The public tender will take place on Tuesday, May 24th, 2016 at 10:00 am, at the DIMAS office, located at the Paardenbaaistraat 11, Oranjestad.

The UAR – 1986 Neth. is applicable to this tender.

Mrs. Msc. Jurinda Montroos is in charge of the project management.

The term of validity of the bid is 90 days.

The bidder has to submit the following documents with his bid:

  • Proof of entry in the register of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 6 months);
  • Letter of commitment of a recognized bank to issue a bank guarantee;
  • Other requirements that are stated in the specifications / ToR.

The bid must be made, using the original bid form enclosed with the ToR.
