OPENBARE AANBESTEDING

Dienst Landbouw, Veeteelt en Visserij (DLVV, “Santa Rosa”) maakt bekend dat het Land voornemens is om het volgende project in het openbaar aan te besteden: Uitbesteding operationele diensten DLVV Santa Rosa (4 percelen) 2026-2029, # SR-AGRI-PLOEGEN-2026-001

Korte omschrijving van het project: De opdrachtgever is van plan de operationele diensten bij DLVV Santa Rosa uit te besteden via vier gespecialiseerde percelen, die elk afzonderlijk worden gegund:

• Perceel 1 – Onderhoud & Infrastructuur (civiele/gebouwonderhoud, loodgieterswerk, basiselektriciteit, lassen, basisirrigatie, corrosiebestrijding)
• Perceel 2 – Veeteelt (Dierenverzorging) (dagelijkse voeding/water geven, stalreiniging, diergezondheidscontrole)
• Perceel 3 – Zwaar materieel & landbouwondersteuning (ploegen/grondbewerking, graafwerkzaamheden, ondersteuning bij omheiningen, watertransport, damonderhoud; verplichte uitrustingseisen zijn van toepassing)
• Perceel 4 – Gewasproductie & Bedrijfsbeheer (grondbewerking, gewasplanning, onkruid-/plaagbestrijding, oogsten/sorteren, productierapportage)

Uitvoeringstermijn: 36 maanden (met periodieke prestatiebeoordeling).

Directorate of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (DLVV) “Santa Rosa” announces that the country intends to tender on the following project publicly: Outsourcing Operational Services (4 Lots) 2026-2029, # SR-AGRI-PLOEGEN-2026-001

Brief description of the project: The contracting authority intends to outsource operational services at DLVV Santa Rosa through four specialized lots, each awarded separately:

• Lot 1 – Maintenance & Infrastructure (civil/building maintenance, plumbing, basic electrical, welding, basic irrigation, anti-corrosion)
• Lot 2 – Livestock (Animal Care) (daily feeding/watering, stable cleaning, animal health observation)
• Lot 3 – Heavy Equipment & Agricultural Support (ploughing/land preparation, excavation works, fencing support, water transport, dam maintenance; mandatory equipment requirements apply)
• Lot 4 – Crop Production & Farm Management (soil preparation, crop planning, weed/pest control, harvesting/sorting, production reporting)

Implementation period: 36 months (with periodic performance evaluation).
